Cooling-off Period & Return Policy

It may happen that you want to return a product, for example because it does not meet your expectations or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs within 14 days.

How can you use your right of return?
To cancel your order, please contact us by email: info@amsterdamgrowsupplier.com. The amount will be refunded within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.

Important:

• Handle the product with care during the cooling-off period and when returning it.
• If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge a depreciation. Therefore, please make sure the product is properly packaged when returning it.

Would you like to exchange a product? No problem! Please contact us by email: info@amsterdamgrowsupplier.com. Please note: the costs of returning the product are at your own expense. We are of course happy to help you further.

Wrong delivery address provided?
Did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to correct the address before your order is shipped.
